The variety of tasty dishes available here was impressive, and its convenient location just a short stroll away from Cc la Alejandria was particularly good.

We were in Cucuta for 4 days, had pleasant stay, the hotel was clean with unbeatable location really close to everything. The room was comfy, truly enjoyed the service, it was excellent.

The room was super comfy and the bed was like sleeping on a cloud ☁️.

The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and attended to our every need. They were incredibly kind and took care of every detail. The rooms were comfortable and the air conditioning worked well. The location was convenient, with many shops and activities right around the hotel. The highlight for us was definitely the pool, especially considering the hot weather. It was a necessary and refreshing escape during our time here. we had a great experience and would highly recommend this place to everyone.

I had the most relaxing stay at Atlantis Plaza Hotel. The pool was a lifesaver in the heat, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The location was perfect, with lots of activities and sellers nearby. I highly recommend this hotel.

Location and Friendly Staff

I recently went on a trip to the city and stayed at a budget-level hotel. The best aspects of my stay were the hotel's location and the friendly staff. The hotel was located close to many shopping centers and it was easy to find what I needed. Plus, the staff was very friendly and accommodating. They always had a smile on their faces and were ready to help with any request. the air conditioning worked well and made my stay more comfortable.

There were also some negative aspects of my stay. I didn't feel entirely safe in the hotel area, especially at night.

The hotel area seems quite dangerous at night, so it is better to avoid leaving the hotel during that time.

The payment process was a bit frustrating. It was not clear that payment had to be made in cash at check-out, causing unexpected stress and inconvenience.
